Thunder fire moxibustion%The spleen kidney-Yang deficiency%Constipation
目的：探讨雷火灸对脾肾阳虚型便秘的影响。方法：将80例便秘患者随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用雷火灸治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上口服番泻叶,7 d为1个疗程。比较两组患者疗效。结果：观察组患者疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：采用雷火灸治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘效果好,值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토뢰화구대비신양허형편비적영향。방법：장80례편비환자수궤등분위관찰조화대조조,관찰조재상규치료적기출상가용뢰화구치료,대조조재상규치료기출상구복번사협,7 d위1개료정。비교량조환자료효。결과：관찰조환자료효우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：채용뢰화구치료비신양허형편비효과호,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the thunder fire moxibustion affect the spleen kidney-Yang deficiency type constipation. Methods:80 cases of constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus moxibustion with thunder fire treatment,control group on the basis of conventional treatment of oral senna,7 days for a course of treatment. To compare the effect of two groups. Re-sults:The treatment group curative effect was better than that of control group,the difference has statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Using thun-der fire moxibustion treatment of spleen kidney-Yang deficiency type constipation effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
