总结对40例初产妇产后抑郁患者实施护理干预的经验。通过介绍妊娠、分娩相关知识，解决对妊娠、分娩认识不足的问题，倾听产妇分娩后对夫妻生活的看法及疑虑，掌握患者精神心理状态，适时予以心理指导，注意帮助自我调整，同时做好配偶的思想工作，从而缓解了患者的抑郁情绪。

Objective:Sum up the implementation of nursing interventions to improve the quality of life of 40 patients with primary postpartum depression. In-troduction the knowledge of pregnancy and childbirth,solve the problem of maternal pregnancy and childbirth,listen carefully to the view of life and other concerns of who the couple after childbirth,to grasp the psychological state of the patient,and giving them psychological intervention,to help mothers self-adjustment,while doing spouse′s ideological work to ease their depression.
