目的：探讨闭合复位空心钉固定治疗中老年人股骨颈骨折的疗效体会。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年8月~2012年9月在C型臂X线透视下闭合复位,经皮空心螺钉治疗中老年人股骨颈骨折60例。术后回访1~3年,平均1年6个月。结果：60例患者中骨折愈合54例,6例出现股骨头坏死及晚期塌陷,愈合率达90％。结论：闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折创伤极小,手术时间短,手术整体费用低,对病人生理和心理影响小,术中对股骨头血运影响小,规范负重时间,有利于骨折愈合,是中老年人股骨颈骨折治疗的一种有效方法。
目的：探討閉閤複位空心釘固定治療中老年人股骨頸骨摺的療效體會。方法：迴顧性分析我院2009年8月~2012年9月在C型臂X線透視下閉閤複位,經皮空心螺釘治療中老年人股骨頸骨摺60例。術後迴訪1~3年,平均1年6箇月。結果：60例患者中骨摺愈閤54例,6例齣現股骨頭壞死及晚期塌陷,愈閤率達90％。結論：閉閤複位空心釘內固定治療股骨頸骨摺創傷極小,手術時間短,手術整體費用低,對病人生理和心理影響小,術中對股骨頭血運影響小,規範負重時間,有利于骨摺愈閤,是中老年人股骨頸骨摺治療的一種有效方法。
목적：탐토폐합복위공심정고정치료중노년인고골경골절적료효체회。방법：회고성분석아원2009년8월~2012년9월재C형비X선투시하폐합복위,경피공심라정치료중노년인고골경골절60례。술후회방1~3년,평균1년6개월。결과：60례환자중골절유합54례,6례출현고골두배사급만기탑함,유합솔체90％。결론：폐합복위공심정내고정치료고골경골절창상겁소,수술시간단,수술정체비용저,대병인생리화심리영향소,술중대고골두혈운영향소,규범부중시간,유리우골절유합,시중노년인고골경골절치료적일충유효방법。
Objective:Effect of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture fixation in the treatment of closed reduction and cannulated screw.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 60 treatment cases of senile fem-oral neck fracture through percutaneous hollow screw by the C arm X-ray closed reduction at our hospital in August,2009 to September,2012.After 1~3 years after the surgery,the average of 1 years and 6 months. Results:The result is 54 cases healed,6 cases of femoral head necrosis and late collapse in 60 patients,the healing rate was 90%.Conclusion:In conclusion,cannulated screw fixation for the treatment of femoral neck fractures with minimal trauma,short operation time,operation overall low cost,little influence on patient physiology and psychology,little effect on the blood supply of the femoral head,standard loading time,ben-eficial to fracture healing,is an effective method for the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly.
