目的：探讨曲安奈德局部注射联合口服左卡尼汀治疗阴茎海绵体硬结症的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2009年7月～2012年12月收治的28例阴茎海绵体硬结症患者。采用曲安奈德局部注射，每周1次，4次为1个疗程；联合口服左卡尼汀10ml，每日3次，至少1个月；并长期服用维生素E胶丸100 m g，每日2次。结果28例患者随访3～18个月，平均10.6个月。7例硬节消失，16例硬节变软、缩小，4例无明显变化，1例治疗一个疗程后失访，总有效率85.2%(23/27)，无不良反应。结论曲安奈德局部注射联合口服左卡尼汀治疗阴茎海绵体硬结症，具有疗程短、创伤小、操作简便、疗效肯定等优点。
목적：탐토곡안내덕국부주사연합구복좌잡니정치료음경해면체경결증적료효。방법회고성분석아원2009년7월～2012년12월수치적28례음경해면체경결증환자。채용곡안내덕국부주사，매주1차，4차위1개료정；연합구복좌잡니정10ml，매일3차，지소1개월；병장기복용유생소E효환100 m g，매일2차。결과28례환자수방3～18개월，평균10.6개월。7례경절소실，16례경절변연、축소，4례무명현변화，1례치료일개료정후실방，총유효솔85.2%(23/27)，무불량반응。결론곡안내덕국부주사연합구복좌잡니정치료음경해면체경결증，구유료정단、창상소、조작간편、료효긍정등우점。
Objective: To discuss the clinical effects of intralesional triamcinolone acetonide Iniection combined with levocarnitine in the treatment of Peyronie′s diseas. Methods The clinical data of 28 cases of Peyronie′s diseas treated from July 2009 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Al patients were injected with intralesional triamcinolone acetonide Iniection . once a week, 4 weeks as one course. and combined with thrice per week with 10ml of L carnitine persral y At least one month. and long-term oral vitamin E capsules(100mg, twice a day ). Results 28 cases were fol ow up for 3 to 18 months .an average of 10.6 months . The induration of 7cases disappeared. The induration were reduced and softened in 16 cases. It did not chang in 4cases. 1 case were out of fol owed in a course of treatment.the efficiency rate of 85.2%(23/27).No adverse reactions have been found. Conclusion Intralesional triamcinolone acetonide Iniection combined with levocarnitine is short course, less trauma, simple operation , excellect therapeutic effect of method for treatment of Peyronie′s diseas.
