目的:应用超声检查乳腺肿块并与病理诊断进行对照分析,探讨超声诊断乳腺肿块的临床价值。方法回顾性分析340例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿块的临床资料,比较术前二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断与术后病理诊断的差异。结果超声诊断为乳腺癌179例中术后病理证实164例,符合率为91.6%;超声诊断为乳腺良性肿块161例患者术后病理证实153例,符合率为95.1%。超声提示典型乳腺癌声像图表现为形态不规则、边界不清、内部回声不均、砂粒样钙化、后方回声衰减;彩色多普勒血流成像示血流信号较丰富。结论超声对乳腺肿块有较高的诊断价值,但仍有局限性。

목적:응용초성검사유선종괴병여병리진단진행대조분석,탐토초성진단유선종괴적림상개치。방법회고성분석340례경수술병리증실적유선종괴적림상자료,비교술전이유급채색다보륵초성진단여술후병리진단적차이。결과초성진단위유선암179례중술후병리증실164례,부합솔위91.6%;초성진단위유선량성종괴161례환자술후병리증실153례,부합솔위95.1%。초성제시전형유선암성상도표현위형태불규칙、변계불청、내부회성불균、사립양개화、후방회성쇠감;채색다보륵혈류성상시혈류신호교봉부。결론초성대유선종괴유교고적진단개치,단잉유국한성。
Objective To diagnose breast lumps with ultrasound examination and to comparatively analyse with pathological diagnosis, to explore the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis in breast masses. Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 340 cases with breast masses, diagnosed by ultrasound before operation and confirmed by pathology after operation, to analyze comparatively the value in diagnosing the breast masses between two dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound. Results One hundred and sixty four patients with breast cancer were confirmed by pathology in 179 cases breast cancer which were diagnosed by dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound , the accuracy rate was 91.6%; 153 patients with benign breast masses confirmed by pathology in 161 cases breast cancer diagnosed by dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound, the accuracy rate was 95.1%. The characteristic typical appearance abnormality appearance of the breast cancer were irregular shape , indistinct, no-distributed echo and micro calcification and posterior shadowing were the typical cancer. CDFI showed that the blood stream signals of breast cancer were plentiful. Conclusion The ultrasond is valuable for the diagnosis of breast cancer, but still has its limitation.
