孔子家族作为“天下第一家”，在几千年的历史发展过程中，因种种原因分散在各地。其中岭南派一支自广东迁移至甘肃，并在永靖县“半个川”繁衍生息。时至今日，永靖县生活着汉、回、土等民族的孔氏子孙，其中，太极镇聚居着大量的汉族孔氏，新寺乡则集中分布着一定数量的回族孔氏。新寺乡的回族群体。无论是在家族血缘记忆、家族文化传承方面，抑或是家族内部的互动交流方面，都呈现出儒家文化和伊斯兰文化的完美结合。这说明，在孔子家族后裔中，家族血缘记忆往往是可以超越民族和宗教而存在的。

Being the most culturally prominent family throughout Chinese history,the House of Kong has scattered their offspring all over China and even the world for multiple reasons,among which a branch originally from Southern Guangdong migrated to Gansu,and inhabited the Bangechuan (Semi-river valley)area thereafter.At present,the offspring of the House of Kong belong to a variety of ethnic groups including Han,Hui and Tu who live in Yongjing County,Gansu Province.Within this county,The Kongs who are Han dwell in Taiji Town;and Hui,Xinsi Town.The Hui Group of Kongs in Xinsi Town have demonstrated comprehensive tolerance and fusion ability of both Islam and Confucianism culture through family-related activi-ties such as shared family history,intra-family communications and cultural heritage,thereby proving that shared family histo-ry may well exist beyond ethnic and religious variations.
