本文将偶联改性RC/GR应用于桑葚中花青素浸提液的纯化工艺,以花青素浸出物浓度为判据,优化结果得桑葚的花青素提取液纯化的最佳工艺为 MWCO为35 kDa,操作压力0.31 MPa,操作温度35℃,料液浓度0.21 mol/L,偶联改性RC/GR纯化桑葚花青素的效果优于顺序通过RC和GR两种膜的效果。
本文將偶聯改性RC/GR應用于桑葚中花青素浸提液的純化工藝,以花青素浸齣物濃度為判據,優化結果得桑葚的花青素提取液純化的最佳工藝為 MWCO為35 kDa,操作壓力0.31 MPa,操作溫度35℃,料液濃度0.21 mol/L,偶聯改性RC/GR純化桑葚花青素的效果優于順序通過RC和GR兩種膜的效果。

Coupled modification RC/GR was applied to Mulberry anthocyanins leaching solution purification process .According to the anthocyanin extract concentration , the optimum result of the optimization of a mulberry anthocyanin extract purified is that MWCO is 35 kDa, operating pressure is 0.31 MPa,operating temperature is 35 ℃,feed concentration 0.21 mol/L.Optimizing the ultrafiltration process parameters through the uniform design of the parameters .Coupled modified RC/GR Mulberry anthocyanins purification effect is better than the order by RC and GR two kinds of membrane effect .
