目的:根据对血细胞分析仪检测结果的分析及细胞形态学的鉴别,建立显微镜复检标准,对在自动化检测中由于各种原因可能出现的结果偏差进行核查和纠正,确保血液自动化检测结果的准确性,确保为临床提供准确可靠的检测结果。方法根据本院住院和门诊患者的具体情况应用血细胞分析仪检测结果筛选制定出显微镜复检标准,通过对2087例标本仪器结果的数据分析,对标准的可行性和实用性进行探讨与分析。结果仪器检测的标本有17.4%的标本需要复查,其中发现有原始粒细胞、中晚幼粒细胞、中性杆状核粒细胞、异型淋巴细胞、有核红细胞、泪滴形红细胞、浆细胞等其他类型的异常,发现白血病3例,发现血小板聚集造成假性降低6例,我们制定的标准经临床验证有重要价值和意义。结论血细胞分析仪不能完全取代显微镜涂片检查,制定血细胞显微镜复检标准非常有必要,保证血细胞检查结果的准确性,为临床诊断、治疗提供有价值的信息。

목적:근거대혈세포분석의검측결과적분석급세포형태학적감별,건립현미경복검표준,대재자동화검측중유우각충원인가능출현적결과편차진행핵사화규정,학보혈액자동화검측결과적준학성,학보위림상제공준학가고적검측결과。방법근거본원주원화문진환자적구체정황응용혈세포분석의검측결과사선제정출현미경복검표준,통과대2087례표본의기결과적수거분석,대표준적가행성화실용성진행탐토여분석。결과의기검측적표본유17.4%적표본수요복사,기중발현유원시립세포、중만유립세포、중성간상핵립세포、이형림파세포、유핵홍세포、루적형홍세포、장세포등기타류형적이상,발현백혈병3례,발현혈소판취집조성가성강저6례,아문제정적표준경림상험증유중요개치화의의。결론혈세포분석의불능완전취대현미경도편검사,제정혈세포현미경복검표준비상유필요,보증혈세포검사결과적준학성,위림상진단、치료제공유개치적신식。
Objective To identify the analysis and cellmorphology on the testing results of blood cellanalyzer according to the criteria of reexamination, establish, in the automatic detection of the check and correct al possible deviation of results, to ensure the accuracy of automatic blood test results, to ensure the provision of accurate and reliable detection result for clinical. Methods According to the specific situation of using blood cellanalyzer to the hospital and outpatient testing results of screening out the criteria of reexamination, based on 2087 cases of specimens of instrument data analysis, to explore and analyze the feasibility and practicability of the standard. Results The instrument detection, there were 17.4%samples need to review, which found myeloblast,promyelocytic cells, neutrophilic granulocyte band form, atypical lymphocytes,nucleated red blood cells, teardrop shaped abnormal red blood cells, plasma cells and other abnormal types , found 3 cases of leukemia, platelet aggregation was found to cause the pseudo reduced in 6 cases , we formulate the standards,clinical y proven to have the important value and significance. Conclusion Blood cellanalyzer can not completely replace the microscope smear examination, it is necessary to establish the criteria of reexamination of blood cells, and ensure accuracy of test results, provide valuable information for clinical diagnosis, treatment.
