探讨了纯棉织物活性染料湿短蒸染深色工艺条件的影响因素。结果表明，当汽蒸温度为102~115℃、汽蒸时间为3~4 min、染色时缓冲剂A用量为35~50 mL/L、复合固色剂B用量为12~15 g/L时，染色织物的固色率和耐摩擦色牢度最好。确定以Cibacron YCE黄、Cibacron RC-D红、Cibacron NC-B蓝为三原色，对染色中存在的问题进行了分析，给出了解决办法。

The influencing factors of reactive deep dyeing cotton fabric with wet short steaming process were investigated. The results showed that when the steam temperature was 102~115 ℃, steaming time was 3~4 min, the staining buffer dosage was 35~50 mL/L, the amount of compound fixing agent B was 12~15 g/L, the best fixation rate and rubbing fastness of dyed fabric could be obtained. Cibacron YCE Yel ow, Ciba?cron RC- D Red and Cibacron NC- B Blue were determined as the ternary color. The dyeing problems were an?alyzed and the solution was put forward.
