Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing intervention on functional recovery of Percutaneous kyphoplasty of Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients. Methods 60 cases of patients who were suf ered from Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture divided into control group and continuous nursing intervention group by Random number table,Routine care was implemented in the control group, and the continuous nursing intervention including Rehabilitation experts guidance, regular home visits, daily telephone consultation and psychological persuasion and so on,FIM index rating scale was evaluated at admission, three days after surgery, one month and three months after discharge. Results Al Patients were successful y operated with no complications,FIM Index in the continuous nursing intervention group was higher than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention can promote functional recovery of Percutaneous kyphoplasty of Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients.
