文章根据金刚石线锯的结构特征,探讨了“表镶式”金刚石线锯的金刚石浓度定义方法,提出了体积浓度、表面浓度、颗粒浓度等三种浓度概念和计算方法,研究对比了不同切割对象时浓度设计与工具性能的关系。研究结果表明,蓝宝石切片线锯金刚石体积浓度为21.13%、面积浓度为6.84%、颗粒浓度为71 mm-2时,工具使用综合效果较好。
文章根據金剛石線鋸的結構特徵,探討瞭“錶鑲式”金剛石線鋸的金剛石濃度定義方法,提齣瞭體積濃度、錶麵濃度、顆粒濃度等三種濃度概唸和計算方法,研究對比瞭不同切割對象時濃度設計與工具性能的關繫。研究結果錶明,藍寶石切片線鋸金剛石體積濃度為21.13%、麵積濃度為6.84%、顆粒濃度為71 mm-2時,工具使用綜閤效果較好。

In this paper,the concept of diamond concentration of face-beset diamond wire is researched based on the wire's structural feature.Three kinds of concentration concept are proposed, which are called volume-concentration, face-concentration and granule-concentration.The relation between diamond concentration and tool performances is researchedas to different sawing materials.The results indicated that when the sapphire sawing diamond wire's volume-concentration is 21.13%,face-concentration is 6.84%, granule-concentration is 7 1 mm-2 ,the tool function is excellent.
