目的：探讨丹红注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将126例入院患者随机分为2组，在常规治疗基础上，治疗组予丹红注射液联合甲钴胺肌肉注射治疗，对照组单用甲钴胺肌肉注射治疗，疗程均为1个月，观察治疗后症状改善情况，测定胫神经、腓总神经运动神经传导速度，肥肠神经、腓浅神经感觉神经传导速度。结果治疗组临床症状、神经功能评分、神经传导速度的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效，优于单独应用甲钴胺。
