目的：观察中药药浴联合NB-UVB（窄谱中波紫外线）治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法将我院收治的84例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组（每组42例），对照组应用NB-UVB治疗，观察组采用NB-UVB、中药药浴联合治疗，对比两组的疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.2%，显著高于对照组的76.2%，（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义；观察组的住院时间及不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论中药药浴联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病具有显著的疗效，且不良反应小，可有效加快患者康复进程。
목적：관찰중약약욕연합NB-UVB（착보중파자외선）치료심상형은설병적료효。방법장아원수치적84례심상형은설병환자수궤분위량조（매조42례），대조조응용NB-UVB치료，관찰조채용NB-UVB、중약약욕연합치료，대비량조적료효。결과관찰조적치료총유효솔위95.2%，현저고우대조조적76.2%，（P<0.05），차이유통계학의의；관찰조적주원시간급불량반응발생솔균현저우우대조조，（P<0.05）。결론중약약욕연합NB-UVB치료심상형은설병구유현저적료효，차불량반응소，가유효가쾌환자강복진정。
Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB ef icacy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods To divide randomly 84 patients of psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital into 2 groups (each group 42 cases), the control group using NB-UVB treatment, observation group were treated with NB-UVB, traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath treatment, curative ef ect of two groups. Results The treatment the total ef ective rate of observation group was 95.2%, significantly higher than the control group (76.2%, P<0.05), the dif erence was statistical y significant; in-hospital time of the observation group and adverse reaction rate was significantly bet er than the control group, (P<0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB therapy has significant curative ef ect of psoriasis vulgaris, and lit le adverse reaction, can ef ectively accelerate rehabilitation process.
