目的：探讨针灸联合血液透析滤过治疗不宁腿综合征的疗效。方法选择我院长期血液透析伴不宁腿综合征的尿毒症患者24例，抽签法随机分为三组：针灸联合血液透析滤过（针灸+HDF）组8例，血液透析滤过（HDF）组8例；对照组血液透析（HD）组8例，疗程3个月；观察治疗前后不宁腿综合征临床症状并 RLS评分、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)及血清β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）的变化。结果针灸+HDF组、HDF组患者治疗后不宁腿情况明显改善，缓解率分别达86.8%、70.2%；对照组缓解率为18.8%，与对照组相比差异有显著性（P<0.05），而两组治疗组RLS评分相比，针灸+HDF组较HDF组差异亦有显著性（P<0.05）。结论针灸+HDF、HDF可有效治疗透析相关性不宁腿综合征，但以前者为佳。

목적：탐토침구연합혈액투석려과치료불저퇴종합정적료효。방법선택아원장기혈액투석반불저퇴종합정적뇨독증환자24례，추첨법수궤분위삼조：침구연합혈액투석려과（침구+HDF）조8례，혈액투석려과（HDF）조8례；대조조혈액투석（HD）조8례，료정3개월；관찰치료전후불저퇴종합정림상증상병 RLS평분、갑상방선격소(PTH)급혈청β2미구단백（β2-MG）적변화。결과침구+HDF조、HDF조환자치료후불저퇴정황명현개선，완해솔분별체86.8%、70.2%；대조조완해솔위18.8%，여대조조상비차이유현저성（P<0.05），이량조치료조RLS평분상비，침구+HDF조교HDF조차이역유현저성（P<0.05）。결론침구+HDF、HDF가유효치료투석상관성불저퇴종합정，단이전자위가。
Objective To explore the ef ect of acupuncture combined with HDF in the treatment of restless legs syndrome.Methods Choose from 24 long-term hemodialysis in uremic patients with restless legs syndrome cases,Were randomly divided into 3 groups:Acupuncture combined with hemodiafiltration (acupuncture+HDF) group of 8 cases,, hemodiafiltration (HDF) group of 8 cases;The control group of hemodialysis (HD) group of 8 cases,The course of treatment was 3 months;Observed before and after the treatment of restless legs syndrome clinical symptoms and RLS score、, parathyroid hormone (PTH) and serumβ2 microglobulin (β2-MG) changes.Results Acupuncture group+HDF, group HDF patients after the treatment of restless legs improved,Remission rates were 86.8%, 70.2%;the control group and the remission rate was 18.8%, Compared with the control group with significant dif erence (P<0.05), while the two group RLS score in treatment group compared with the acupuncture, +HDF group than in HDF group was significantly dif erent (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture+HDF, HDF may be ef ective in the treatment of dialysis related restless legs syndrome, but the former is bet er.
