目的：通过对血必净注射液临床应用的点评，促进中药注射液合理应用。方法从医院病案科随机抽取17份使用血必净注射液的病例，参照卫生部的评价标准和药品使用说明书，进行分析。结果血必净注射液在临床使用中存在一些用药不合理情况。结论临床使用中药注射液应辨证论治，确保安全和有效。
목적：통과대혈필정주사액림상응용적점평，촉진중약주사액합리응용。방법종의원병안과수궤추취17빈사용혈필정주사액적병례，삼조위생부적평개표준화약품사용설명서，진행분석。결과혈필정주사액재림상사용중존재일사용약불합리정황。결론림상사용중약주사액응변증론치，학보안전화유효。
Objective To promote the rational application of Chinese medicine injections through the reviews of Xue-bijing injection on clinical application. Methods 17 cases of xuebijing injection were selected randomly from the medical re-cord department,which were further analyzed according to the evaluation criteria of the Ministry of health as well as the instruc-tions. Results It exists some unreasonable problems about the clinical application of xuebijing injection. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine injection should be applied in accordance with the syndrome differentiation dependent therapy to ensure patient safety and effective.
