目的：探讨心理干预对乳腺脓肿患者伤口换药疼痛的影响。方法将2010年3月～2012年11月在我科行乳腺脓肿手术后进行伤口换药的患者70例随机分为对照组和实验组各35例。两组患者伤口换药方法均采用伤口湿性愈合原理。对照组采取常规伤口护理和健康指导；实验组患者除采取常规的伤口护理和健康指导外，另外在换药前30 min及换药全过程中进行心理干预。两组患者换药前后均采用VAS视觉模拟疼痛评分法进行疼痛评价。结果实验组患者疼痛程度比对照组患者明显减轻（P＜0．05）。结论采取心理干预可以明显缓解或减轻乳腺脓肿患者伤口换药时的疼痛，提高患者换药的依从性，促进患者康复。
목적：탐토심리간예대유선농종환자상구환약동통적영향。방법장2010년3월～2012년11월재아과행유선농종수술후진행상구환약적환자70례수궤분위대조조화실험조각35례。량조환자상구환약방법균채용상구습성유합원리。대조조채취상규상구호리화건강지도；실험조환자제채취상규적상구호리화건강지도외，령외재환약전30 min급환약전과정중진행심리간예。량조환자환약전후균채용VAS시각모의동통평분법진행동통평개。결과실험조환자동통정도비대조조환자명현감경（P＜0．05）。결론채취심리간예가이명현완해혹감경유선농종환자상구환약시적동통，제고환자환약적의종성，촉진환자강복。
Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on the change dressing pain for patients with mammary abscess .Method 70 patients of mammary abscess after surgery in our department from March 2010 to November 2012 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups .35 cases in each group .The control group adopted conventional wound care and health guidance ;the patients in the experimental group in addition to conventional wound care and health guidance ,in half before dressing and the whole process provide the psychological intervention .Visual analog pain score evaluation method was used for two groups of patients before and after dress-ing .Result Patients in the experimental group were significantly relieve pain than that in the control group ( P<0 .05) .Conclusion Psychological intervention can relieve or reduce the wound pain during dressing change after the surgery of mammary abscess ,and to improve patients'compliance and promote the rehabilitation .
