Ranibizumab （商品名Lucentis）是一种重组人类单克隆抗体，在治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性、黄斑水肿以及糖尿病视网膜病变等新生血管性眼病方面临床疗效明显，但其长远效应仍需进一步临床治疗研究。本文对雷珠单抗的主要作用机制及其眼科临床应用进行综述。

Ranibizumab ,Lucentis as its brand name ,is a recombinate human monoclonal antibody . Recent years ,it has significant effection in the clinical application of new vascular ophthalmopathy such as Age-related macular degeneration (AMD ) ,macular edema and diabetic retinopathy ,but more clinical researches are needed .In this paper ,we reviewed the pharmacology and clinical evaluation of ranibizumab .
