目的:探讨对双侧平衡去骨瓣减压术应用于重型闭合性颅脑损伤的临床疗效进行评价。方法以该院收治的重型闭合性颅脑损并采用双侧平衡去骨瓣减压术进行治疗患者174例作为研究对象,其中83例进行预见性一次双侧平衡去骨瓣减压术进行治疗,其余患者进行了两次去骨瓣减压。对2组病人的临床治疗和恢复效果进行观察、统计和分析。结果观察组死亡率为25.3%显著优于治疗组30.8%;观察组术后恢复良好比率为30.12%明显优于对照组20.88%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论有预见性的采取双侧平衡去骨瓣减压术应用于重型闭合颅脑损伤具有非常显著的临床效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bilateral balance decompressive craniectomy applied to the treatment of se-vere closed craniocerebral injury. Methods 174 cases of patients with severe closed craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital by bilateral balance decompressive craniectomy were selected as the subjects, of whom, 83 cases underwent a bilateral balance de-compressive craniectomy predictablely and the other patients underwent the second decompressive craniectomy. The clinical treat-ment and recovery effect of two groups of patients were observed, counted and analyzed. Results The mortality of the observation group was 25.3%, which was significantly lower than 30.8% of the treatment group; the good recovery ratio of the observation group was 30.12%, obviously higher than 20.88%of the control group, the differences between two groups were statistically signifi-cant(P>0.05). Conclusion Bilateral balance decompressive craniectomy applied to the treatment of severe closed craniocerebral in-jury predictably has very significant clinical effect.
