结果 B组的HBsAg阳性率、HBV DNA阳性率均高于A组,抗HBs阳性率则低于A组,且B组孕产妇中HBsAg阳性和HBsAg、HBeAg阳性者的新生儿HBsAg阳性率、HBV DNA阳性率均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
結果 B組的HBsAg暘性率、HBV DNA暘性率均高于A組,抗HBs暘性率則低于A組,且B組孕產婦中HBsAg暘性和HBsAg、HBeAg暘性者的新生兒HBsAg暘性率、HBV DNA暘性率均高于A組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。

Objective To analyze and investigate the impact of delivery mode on the mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus. Methods 240 HBsAg-positive pregnant women and their newborns admitted in our hospital from October, 2011 to February, 2013 were selected as the subjects, and they were divided into group A(caesarean section group), 120 cases, and group B(sponta-neous vaginal delivery group),120 cases. Then the HBsAg positive rate, HBV DNA positive rate and anti-HBs positive rate of the newborns in two groups were counted and compared. Results The HBsAg positive rate and HBV DNA positive rate of group B were both higher than those of group A, anti-HBs positive rate was lower than that of group A, and the HBsAg positive rate of the pregnant women and HBsAg positive rate, HBV DNA positive rate of the HBsAg-positive and HBeAg-positive newborns in group B were higher than those of group A, the differences were statistically significant, all P<0.05. Conclusion The caesarean section can effectively control the mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus ,so it is more suitable for these pregnant women.
