研究了飞机电动静液作动器作动筒的结构分析与优化问题。采用ANSYS软件对EHA的作动筒进行了载荷、模态和压杆稳定性等有限元分析。使用ISIGHT软件,以作动筒的质量最轻和变形最小为目标,同时满足静载荷约束和模态约束,建立了作动筒的优化模型,选用ISIGHT内嵌的NLPQL序列二次规划算法进行了优化设计,得出了优化结果。研究结果表明,用ISIGHT进行优化设计,工作量小,求解问题简单方便,得到的作动筒设计参数更为合理。

The problem of structural analysis and optimization of aircraft electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) action cylinder is researched in this paper. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, load, modal shape and compression stability of EHA action cylinder are discussed respectively. Taking the minimum mass and minimum deformation of action cylinder as objective function, while meeting the constraints of stress and modal, the optimization model is created using ISIGHT software. NLPQL sequential quadratic programming algorithm, which is embedded in ISIGHT, is used to get optimization results. Final analysis conclusion suggest that using ISIGHT software to optimize and design product can easily get the result and reduce the workload, meanwhile the designed action cylinder parameters are more reasonable.
