目的：探讨老年人牙列游离端缺失后，种植牙技术在牙列游离端缺失修复中的疗效。方法采用种植牙技术治疗牙列游离端缺失的老年患者120例，均在拔牙术后3个月后行种植修复，术后随访1～3年，观察修复成功率、患者满意度、软组织形态、种植体松动度、种植体的骨丧失水平等。结果115例患者种植牙修复成功，患者自感修复体功能正常、美观舒适，种植体区黏膜、牙龈色泽形态正常，种植体及烤瓷牙无松动，口腔CT检查种植体的骨丧失水平符合成功标准。5例种植失败，成功率95．83％。结论种植牙技术在老年患者游离端缺失修复中具有确切的疗效。
목적：탐토노년인아렬유리단결실후，충식아기술재아렬유리단결실수복중적료효。방법채용충식아기술치료아렬유리단결실적노년환자120례，균재발아술후3개월후행충식수복，술후수방1～3년，관찰수복성공솔、환자만의도、연조직형태、충식체송동도、충식체적골상실수평등。결과115례환자충식아수복성공，환자자감수복체공능정상、미관서괄，충식체구점막、아간색택형태정상，충식체급고자아무송동，구강CT검사충식체적골상실수평부합성공표준。5례충식실패，성공솔95．83％。결론충식아기술재노년환자유리단결실수복중구유학절적료효。
Objective To observe the efficacy of dental implants in elderly patients with free -end dentition defect . Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with free -end dentition defect received dental implant restoration 3 to 6 months after tooth extraction.Then, follow-up visits were carried out for 1 to 3 years to observe the successful rate of restora-tion, patient satisfaction, the morphological changes of soft tissues , tooth mobility, and the bone loss of plants .Results Dental plant restoration was successful in 115 cases, in which the patients reported normal functions of the plant with satisfactory appearance .The mucous membrane and gingiva surrounding the plants looked normal .The plant and metal -ceramic crown was not loose .According to stomatological CT scanning , the bone loss of plants met the requirement of success .Conclusions Dental plants present clear efficacy during the restoration of free -end dentition defect in elderly patients .
