目的：研制复方痤疮霜，并观察其临床疗效。方法采用水包油乳膏基质配制复方痤疮霜，并对其稳定性、临床疗效及不良反应进行探讨。结果治疗组有效率为83.3%，明显高于对照组的56.0%（χ2=9.87，P ﹤0.01）。结论该霜剂制备工艺简单，质量稳定，质控可靠，临床疗效确切，值得推广应用。

목적：연제복방좌창상，병관찰기림상료효。방법채용수포유유고기질배제복방좌창상，병대기은정성、림상료효급불량반응진행탐토。결과치료조유효솔위83.3%，명현고우대조조적56.0%（χ2=9.87，P ﹤0.01）。결론해상제제비공예간단，질량은정，질공가고，림상료효학절，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To prepare compound acne vulgaris cream and observe the clinical efficacy. Methods:The cream was prepared by taking oil-in-water emulsion as base material. Then the stability and clinical efficacy were explored. Re-sults:The effective rate of trerapy group was 83. 3% and it was 56. 0% in the control group. There were significant differ-ences between trerapy group and control group(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion:The ream can be prepared feasibly. The property of the cream is stable and the quality can be controlled reliably. The compound acne vulgaris cream has clinical efficacy and should be wildely applied.
