统计分析了含不同未知物数量的DMC对110甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生产一次聚合得率、目标分子量生产控制的影响,结果表明随着未知物数量的增加,一次聚合得率逐步下降,实际分子量偏离目标分子量越远。DMC中未知物总量控制在200 ppm以内,最有利于生产控制。

The effect of different amount of unknown substance in DMC on the yield of primary polymer-ization and target molecular weight of VQM gum has been analyzed with results that the yield of primary polymerization of VQM gum decreases and actual molecular weight of VQM gum becomes more different from the target molecular weight as the amount of unknown substance in DMC increases. When the total unknown substance in DMC is less than 200 ppm, it is best for production control.
