目的：探讨宫腔镜下宫颈电切术在宫颈病变诊断和治疗中的意义。方法以139例行宫腔镜宫颈电切术治疗的患者为观察组，另选择62例行宫颈环形电切术治疗的患者为对照组。分析两组患者术前阴道镜下活检与术后病理检查结果的一致性，评价2组患者的临床治疗效果及术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者术前阴道镜下活检与术后病理检查结果的符合率为89.74%，对照组为56.45%；观察组患者临床治疗的总有效率为94.88%，明显高于对照组的72.58%（P ﹤0.05）；两组患者术后并发症的发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论宫腔镜下宫颈电切术在宫颈病变的诊断中具有良好的价值，值得临床推广与应用。

Objective:To investigate the significance of hysteroscopic resection of cervical lesions and cervical treat-ment. Methods:The observation group was grouped by 139 patients with cervical routine hysteroscopic resection,62 pa-tients chose another routine cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure treatment control group. Preoperative analysis of the observation group colposcopic biopsy and pathological findings of consistency were used to evaluate the incidence of the two groups of patients with clinical outcome and postoperative complications. Results:The preoperative and postoperative observation group colposcopic biopsy pathological findings consistent with the control group was 89. 74% and 56. 45% ;the total effective rate of treated group was 94. 88% and the control group was 72. 58% ,and the difference in two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05);the difference of postoperative complication rate in the two group was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Hysteroscopic resection of the cervix has a good value in the diagnosis of cervical lesions.
