高职院校创建共享型教学资源库将会促进教学改革，拓宽学生的学习空间，促进学生自主学习，实现课堂教学与学生自学的有机结合。分析目前高职院校在共享型教学资源库建设方面存在的问题，提出了“以学为主，以教为辅，学教结合，教学即服务”的教学理念，建设基于云计算技术的数据中心作为资源库的运行平台，制订完备的开发标准，优化资源库的用户接口等措施。

Building shared teaching resource base in vocational colleges facilitates the improvement of teaching mode,broadens students' learning space,boosts their self-learning skills,and results in effective connection between classroom teaching and students' self learning.This paper presents the problems in building shared library for teaching resources in today's vocational colleges and promotes the concept of ' learning is primary, teaching is subsidiary,learning and teaching must be integrated,and teaching is in essence service' to build a cloud-computing-technology-based data center as the running platform for resource base,to enact sound developmental standard,and finally to optimize the user interface for the resource base.
