目的：观察中医内、外结合疗法治疗目系暴盲即时视力效果。方法将72例（100只眼）目系暴盲患者，随机将患者分为观察组36例（52眼），对照组36例（48眼）。观察组按中医辨证分型：肝经实热证给予清肝泻热，兼通瘀滞，龙肝泻肝汤加减；肝郁气滞证给予疏肝解郁，行气活血，逍遥散合桃红四物汤加减；阴虚火旺证给予滋阴降火，活血祛瘀，知柏地黄汤加减；气血两虚证给予补益气血，通络开窍，八珍汤加减。同时调任督疏经脉治疗。对照组规范西药及中医辨证分型治疗。结果观察组即时视力提高有效率98．1％，对照组87．5％。结论调任督疏经脉治疗目系暴盲及时疗效显著。
목적：관찰중의내、외결합요법치료목계폭맹즉시시력효과。방법장72례（100지안）목계폭맹환자，수궤장환자분위관찰조36례（52안），대조조36례（48안）。관찰조안중의변증분형：간경실열증급여청간사열，겸통어체，룡간사간탕가감；간욱기체증급여소간해욱，행기활혈，소요산합도홍사물탕가감；음허화왕증급여자음강화，활혈거어，지백지황탕가감；기혈량허증급여보익기혈，통락개규，팔진탕가감。동시조임독소경맥치료。대조조규범서약급중의변증분형치료。결과관찰조즉시시력제고유효솔98．1％，대조조87．5％。결론조임독소경맥치료목계폭맹급시료효현저。
Objective To object the result of the instant vision of eye connector blindness treating with traditional Chinese medicine internal and external therapy .Methods Seventy-two cases(one hundreds eyes)of were randomly divided into two groups ,the observation group was thirty-six cases(fifty-two eyes) , the control group was thirty-six cases(forty-eight eyes) .The observation group was treated by syndrome differentiation .The syndrome of sthenia hepatic heat was treated by clearing liver-fire ,expelling blood stasis , and method with longdan xie gan decoction .The syndrome of stagnation of liver qi was treated by dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation promoting qi and activate blood ,and method with xiao yao decoction and tao hong si wu decoction .The syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency was treated by mourishing yin for lowering fire ,promoting qi to activate blood ,and method with zhi bo di huang decoction .The syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood was treated by benefiting qi and nourishing blood ,activating meridians and resuscitation ,and method with ba zheng decoction .All patients were coordinating Conception and Governing Vessel .The control group was treated by specification western medicine and syndrome differentiation of Tranditional Chinese Medicine .Results The effective rate of 98 .1 percent in the observation group were better than 87 .5 percent in the control group .Conclusion The coordinating Conception and Governing Vessel has a definite therapeutic effect on the instant vision of the eye connector blindness .
