目的：研究单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形整复方法，以便修复单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形，以提高其治疗水平。方法：将80例患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组40例。两组均接受MillardII单侧唇裂修复术及鼻畸形整复术（隆鼻、鼻翼及鼻小柱软骨整形综合术式），实验组在整复后的鼻腔内置硅胶管维持形态，对照组不做处理。3个月以后进行随访，主要观察鼻小柱、鼻尖、鼻翼及鼻孔形态等指标。结果：经过治疗后实验组患者效果良好者32例，良好率80.0%，对照组效果良好者23例，良好率57.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对单侧唇裂患者术后鼻畸形整复方法取得较满意的临床效果。
목적：연구단측진렬술후비기형정복방법，이편수복단측진렬술후비기형，이제고기치료수평。방법：장80례환자수궤분위실험조화대조조，매조40례。량조균접수MillardII단측진렬수복술급비기형정복술（륭비、비익급비소주연골정형종합술식），실험조재정복후적비강내치규효관유지형태，대조조불주처리。3개월이후진행수방，주요관찰비소주、비첨、비익급비공형태등지표。결과：경과치료후실험조환자효과량호자32례，량호솔80.0%，대조조효과량호자23례，량호솔57.5%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：대단측진렬환자술후비기형정복방법취득교만의적림상효과。
Objective:To research on the nasal deformity reconstructive method after unilateral cleft lip,in order to repair unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity and improve the treatment level. Method:80 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group. Both groups accept Millard II unilateral cleft palate repair and the nasal deformity reconstructive surgery(plastic composite edges,the alar and nasal columella cartilage surgery),the experimental group after mandibular reconstruction of nasal built-in silicone tube to maintain shape,control group had no processing. After 3 months follow-up,the main observation of nasal columella,nose,nose,nostril shape index,etc. Result:The experimental group had the effect of 32 cases after treatment.The effective rate was 80%.The control group had the effect of 27 cases after treatment.The effective rate was 57.5%. The different results were statistically significant. Conclusion:This technique we used is efficacious to rectify the postoperative cleft lip nasal deformity.
