目的：探讨食管癌术后并发胸胃穿孔的病因、诊断、治疗及预防。方法：以本院自2005年5月-2013年6月收治的3例食管癌术后并发胸胃穿孔的患者为研究对象，回顾性分析其术后并发胸胃穿孔可能原因，并对食管癌术后并发胸胃穿孔的诊断和治疗做进一步研究。结果：3例患者中1例因全身多脏器衰竭死亡，2例痊愈，随访3年均未见复发。结论：食管癌术后胸胃穿孔是一种严重的并发症，术中积极预防以及早期诊断和手术是降低死亡率的关键。
목적：탐토식관암술후병발흉위천공적병인、진단、치료급예방。방법：이본원자2005년5월-2013년6월수치적3례식관암술후병발흉위천공적환자위연구대상，회고성분석기술후병발흉위천공가능원인，병대식관암술후병발흉위천공적진단화치료주진일보연구。결과：3례환자중1례인전신다장기쇠갈사망，2례전유，수방3년균미견복발。결론：식관암술후흉위천공시일충엄중적병발증，술중적겁예방이급조기진단화수술시강저사망솔적관건。
Objective:To study the causes,treatment and preventive of intrathoracic gastric perforation after resection for esophageal cancer. Method:3 patients within thoracic gastric perforation after resection for esophageal cancer were recruited in the study. We performed the retrospective study to investigate the causes,treatment and preventive measure of disease. Result:One case died from multiple organ failure. The other two cases were cured,and did not replace after three-year follow-up.Conclusion:Intrathoracic gastric perforation after resection for esophageal cancer is a serious complication of surgery.Active prevention,early diagnosis and surgical is the key to reducing mortality.
