本文通过分析小河原油的输送情况,提出向原油中添加乳化降剂来降低原油粘度进行输送,而合适的加入条件是提高降粘效率的关键。通过乳化降粘剂的实验研究,对原油温度、含水率、降粘剂用量等对降粘效率影响等因素进行了分析。得出乳状液加入浓度选用0.5%,输送温度选择40℃~50℃,含水量选在40%~60%时为宜。

This paper analyzes the situation of crude oil transportation, proposes to add the emulsified viscosity reducer to reduce the viscosity of crude oil and conduct transportation, and the appropriate adding condition is the key to improve the efficiency of the viscosity reduction. By the experimental research of emulsifying viscosity reduceron, the influence of the oil temperature, moisture content, viscosity reducer dosage and other factors on viscosity reduction efficiency were analyzed. It found that the concentration of the emulsion should be 0.5%, transmission temperature should be 40℃~50℃, and the moisture should be 40%~60%.
