This paper proposed to take"curriculum development and construction"as the tongs, and the professional group construction of "quality striving for survival, characteristic striving for development" as mentality, took reform and innovation in such aspects: talent training target, training mode etc., and built the vocational demonstration professional groups which were influential in the province and even in the country.
