针对近几年采矿工程专业学生人数的急剧增加,毕业生就业渠道的拓宽,矿山领域人才需求的变化,现有的人才培养模式已不能充分满足学生自身发展的需求和创新型人才培养的需求。深入探索分析采矿工程专业人才培养模式新形势,开展采矿工程专业紧缺人才培养模式创新方案设计,对培养采矿工程创新意识强的复合型人才具有重要意义和应用前景。

For the past years, the number of students majored in the mining engineering specialty increases rapid, and the employment channel is broaden, and talent demand in mining area changes. The existing training mode has not fully met the needs of students' own development and innovative personnel training needs. Based on in-depth analysis on training mode of mining engineering specialty, the paper studies the talent training model program of mining engineering specialty, which is significant to training interdisciplinary talents of mining engineering.
