城市供热事关千家万户的利益，实施供暖改造是一项重要的民生工程。作为一项复杂的系统工程，供暖改造涉及面很广，质量控制工作显得尤为重要。本文阐述了供暖改造工程的特点，分析了供暖改造工程质量控制与管理中存在的问题，并提出了应对措施，以保障供暖改造工程的质量。

City heating system is related to the interests of thousands of households, and it is an important livelihood of citizen project. As a complex system heating reconstruction involves an area very wide, so the quality control work is particularly important. This paper describes the characteristics of heating reconstruction project, analyzes the existing problems of quality control and management of heating reconstruction problems, and puts forward some corresponding measures to ensure the quality of heating reconstruction project.
