目的:探讨早期喘息的婴幼儿血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)及血管内皮生长因子(V EG F )水平的变化及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测116例喘息婴幼儿(喘息组)和36例健康婴幼儿(对照组)血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和 VEGF水平。结果喘息组血清 MMP-9、TIMP-1和 VEGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);喘息组MMP-9与 VEGF之间呈直线正相关关系(P<0.05);喘息组 MMP-9/TIMP-1比值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期喘息婴幼儿存在气道重塑的危险因素;检测血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和VEGF水平对判断预后,尽早进行干预治疗具有一定的指导意义。

목적:탐토조기천식적영유인혈청기질금속단백매-9(MMP-9)、기질금속단백매억제인자-1(TIMP-1)급혈관내피생장인자(V EG F )수평적변화급기림상의의。방법채용매련면역흡부시험검측116례천식영유인(천식조)화36례건강영유인(대조조)혈청MMP-9、TIMP-1화 VEGF수평。결과천식조혈청 MMP-9、TIMP-1화 VEGF수평명현고우대조조(P<0.05);천식조MMP-9여 VEGF지간정직선정상관관계(P<0.05);천식조 MMP-9/TIMP-1비치저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론조기천식영유인존재기도중소적위험인소;검측혈청MMP-9、TIMP-1화VEGF수평대판단예후,진조진행간예치료구유일정적지도의의。
Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) ,tissue inhibi-tor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in infants with early wheezing .Methods Ser-um levels of MMP-9 ,TIMP-1 and VEGF in 116 infants with early wheezing(wheeling group)and 36 healthy infant (control group) were detected by using ELISA .Results Serum levels of MMP-9 ,TIMP-1 and VEGF in wheeling group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0 .05);In wheeling group ,there was a linear relationship between the level of MMP-9 and VEGF ;the ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1 was significantly lower in wheeling groups than in control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The infants with early wheezing have the dangerous of airway remodeling .Detection of serum levels of MMP-9 ,TIMP-1 and VEGF is of a cer-tain significance for intervention therapy to wheezing infants as early as possible .
