目的：探讨润肺豁痰宁嗽汤治疗慢性支气管炎（CB）的临床疗效。方法选取2011年12月至2013年12月就诊于铜川市人民医院中医科的CB患者100例，将其分为治疗组和对照组各50例，治疗组患者给予润肺豁痰宁嗽汤治疗，而对照组患者给予阿莫西林、氨茶碱、氨溴索和氢溴酸右美沙芬联合治疗，疗程均为10 d，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果与治疗前比较，两组临床症状、体征、胸部X射线片、中医症候方面的积分均明显下降，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且上述指标治疗组明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论润肺豁痰宁嗽汤可以显著改善CB临床症状和中医症候，在临床上值得推广应用。
목적：탐토윤폐활담저수탕치료만성지기관염（CB）적림상료효。방법선취2011년12월지2013년12월취진우동천시인민의원중의과적CB환자100례，장기분위치료조화대조조각50례，치료조환자급여윤폐활담저수탕치료，이대조조환자급여아막서림、안다감、안추색화경추산우미사분연합치료，료정균위10 d，관찰량조환자적림상치료효과。결과여치료전비교，량조림상증상、체정、흉부X사선편、중의증후방면적적분균명현하강，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）；차상술지표치료조명현우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론윤폐활담저수탕가이현저개선CB림상증상화중의증후，재림상상치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Runfeihuotanningsou decoction on chronic bronchitis (CB). Methods Totally 100 patients with CB,who received treatment in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tongchuan People′s Hospital from December 2011 to November 2013 ,were divided into the treatment group and the control group ,50 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Runfeihuotanningsou decoction ,while the treatment group received amoxi-cillin,aminophyline,ambroxol and dextromethorphan hydrobromide for treatment. The treatment course in both groups was 10 d. The clinical effects in both groups were observed. Results The integrals of clinical symptoms,signs,chest X-ray and Chinese medicine symptom in both groups after treatment decreased obviously than those before treatment ,and the difference had statisti cal significance(P<0.05),and the integrals of above indicators in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group . Conclusion Runfeihuotanningsou decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and Chinese medicine symptom prominently,and it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
