阐述了一种面向飞机装配过程的数字化仿真测量方法,该方法以西门子VSA软件为平台,通过对同轴度及外形轮廓的测量分析,分别介绍了常规测量与仿真测量的测量原理及测量方法,并对两种测量进行分析对比,进而说明了仿真测量具有的特点及优势,在飞机装配中具有一定的实际操作推广价值。

Digital Measurement plays an important role in Aircraft Assembly. In this article, a method of digital measurement simulation for aircraft assembly based on VSA is proposed. Compared with measurement analysis of coaxially and contour, the principle and method of normal measurement and simulation measurement is introduced. The analysis results show that the simulation measurement has an excellent results and advantages, and it can be expanded for aircraft assembly.
