为了经济合理地进行航空发动机材料疲劳性能试验设计,并保证试验结果的“可比性”与“再现性”,根据t分布理论,按一定置信度和误差度要求,给出确定最少试件个数的判据;借助单侧容限系数,给出具有置信度的百分位值。

In order to achieve economic and rational fatigue test design, and to ensure the comparability and re-producibility of the test results, a criterion which is based on the t-distribution theory is provided to determine min-imum number of test specimens. This criterion can also give percentage limits by one-sided tolerance factor k under a specific confidence level, reliability γ and error requirements.
