The objective of a four-year professional personnel training on architecture should be two aspects of prominent technology and strong adaptability. After graduation, the students can be directly engaged in the work of small and medium-sized building design. The mode of “3+1” personnel training can strengthen the engineering practice, strengthen the course design, strengthen the experimental teaching, and embody the education concept of learning from practice.
