在优化的实验条件下,通过反相微乳液法制备了CdS纳米晶,并研究了溶液pH值、反应物浓度和温度对CdS纳米晶粒大小的影响。采用T EM、XRD和Raman等测试手段对晶体的粒径和结构进行了表征。结果表明,CdS纳米晶粒具有闪锌矿型立方晶系结构,其粒度分布较窄,约为3~5nm ,且分散状态良好。

Under the optimized experimental conditions ,the reverse microemulsion method was employed to prepare CdS nanocrystals .The influence of the pH value of solution ,the concentration of reactants and temperature on the size of CdS nanocrystals were investigated .Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) ,X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectra (Raman) techniques were used to characterize particle diameter and structure of nanocrystals .The results showed that the CdS nano-crystals with narrow sized distribution were cubic structure of zinc blende ,the diameter of nanocrys-tals is about 3~5nm and they have good dispersion .
