码头与防波堤相结合的突堤式构造体主要由沉箱和抛石斜坡堤组成,在整体结构未形成前构造体的抗风浪能力较差,台风季节施工中构造体的安全是顺利完工的关键。结合福建鸿山热电厂煤码头及引堤工程的案例,浅析台风造成防波堤损毁的原因,总结防波堤码头施工期防台风安全措施策划的经验,提出减少施工期风损的建议,可供类似工程的设计与施工参考借鉴。

As the combined structure of wharf and breakwater, jetty structure consists of riprap sloping seawall and caissons. Single structure is of poor wave resistance before formation of a whole structure, therefore,the key factor to safe and smooth completion of construction is the structure especially in typhoon season. Fujian Hongshan power plant coal wharf and causeway project is taken as an example to discuss the cause for breakwater being broken by typhoon, summarize the experiences of safe measures planning against typhoon during the construction of jetty structure and put forward the suggestions to decrease wind/wave loss in the construction period,which is of certain reference to similar engineering design and construction.
