随着市场经济体制改革的逐步深入，电子商务中现代物流的发展必将在经济发展中起到重要作用。在介绍电子商务和物流两者概念的基础上，阐明了二者之间的关系以及电子商务对物流的要求，讨论了目前我国物流业发展现状及存在的问题，并提出了相关对策与建议。
