A new good quality hybrid rice combination, Tianyouhuazhan, was developed from the cross of a CMS line Tianfeng A and a restorer line Huazhan. It was released by nation in 2008. It was introduced and planted as double cropping late rice at Ningde city in 2011-2012, showing the characteristics of high yield, wide adaptability and stronger stress resistance. This paper introduced its planting performance and high-yielding cultivation techniques at Xibing town of Ningde city.
