为研究不同脂肪水平对红鳍东方鲀的影响,在18个200 L圆形流水水槽中各放养体重大小接近的红鳍东方鲀幼鱼20尾,分别投喂脂肪水平为5.77%、7.71%、8.93%、11.89%、13.75%、16.42%的饲料,每个脂肪梯度设3个重复。56 d饲养试验结束后,结果显示,东方鲀增重率和特定生长率都呈先升高后降低的趋势。当脂肪水平为5.77%~13.75%时,饵料系数呈现逐渐降低的趋势,随着脂肪水平的进一步升高,饵料系数保持平稳,高脂肪组和低脂肪组差异显著(P<0.05)。肝体比和脏体比都随脂肪水平升高而显著增加(P<0.05)。肥满度的最大值出现在8.93%组,但与其他各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。全鱼体成分分析表明,水分、灰分和粗蛋白含量随脂肪水平增加都呈下降趋势,且各组间差异显著(P<0.05);粗脂肪含量随脂肪水平增加,各组间显著升高(P<0.05)。8.93%脂肪组血糖含量最高。各组谷丙转氨酶、总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量随脂肪水平增加均显著升高(P<0.05)。结果提示,脂肪水平为8.93%的配合饲料对红鳍东方鲀幼鱼的生长代谢最为有利。

위연구불동지방수평대홍기동방돈적영향,재18개200 L원형류수수조중각방양체중대소접근적홍기동방돈유어20미,분별투위지방수평위5.77%、7.71%、8.93%、11.89%、13.75%、16.42%적사료,매개지방제도설3개중복。56 d사양시험결속후,결과현시,동방돈증중솔화특정생장솔도정선승고후강저적추세。당지방수평위5.77%~13.75%시,이료계수정현축점강저적추세,수착지방수평적진일보승고,이료계수보지평은,고지방조화저지방조차이현저(P<0.05)。간체비화장체비도수지방수평승고이현저증가(P<0.05)。비만도적최대치출현재8.93%조,단여기타각조차이불현저(P>0.05)。전어체성분분석표명,수분、회분화조단백함량수지방수평증가도정하강추세,차각조간차이현저(P<0.05);조지방함량수지방수평증가,각조간현저승고(P<0.05)。8.93%지방조혈당함량최고。각조곡병전안매、총담고순화감유삼지함량수지방수평증가균현저승고(P<0.05)。결과제시,지방수평위8.93%적배합사료대홍기동방돈유어적생장대사최위유리。
To explore the optimal level of dietary lipid forTakifugu rubripes juvenile, the juvenile with weight of(7.71±0.15)g were divided into 6 groups,each group containing 60 fish and the six groups were fed with six different levels of dietary lipid (5.77%, 7.71%, 8.93%, 11.89%, 13.75% and 16.42%) for a period of 56 days. The results show that the body weight gain and special growth rate decreased significantly in the group of 16.42%, while increased in the groups of 5.77%, 7.71%, 8.93%,11.89% and 13.75%(P<0.05). Before the lipid level of 13.75%,the feed conversion ratio decreased with the lipid level increase, then there were no differences. Hepato index and viscera index increased significantly(P<0.05). The CF showed highest in the group of 8.93%,but there were no obvious differences among groups. The levels of moisture, ash and crude protein decreased significantly with the level of the dietary lipid increasing, but the level of crude lipid increased significantly(P<0.05). The highest GLU appeared at the group of 8.93%. Levels of ALT, CHOL and TG increased significantly with the dietary lipid increasing(P<0.05). It suggests that the proper ratio of dietary lipid on the growth and metabolism ofTakifugu rubripes was 8.93%.
