目的：探讨观察尼莫地平在丛集性头痛急性发作治疗中的疗效。方法将43例丛集性头痛患者入院时随机分为2组，治疗组21例，对照组22例，2组治疗均给予吸氧、泼尼松40 mg/d，连用3 d后改为10 mg，每日口服，总疗程10 d；治疗组加用尼莫地平片30 mg，3次/d口服，疗程亦10 d；疗程结束后对比两组疗效。结果43例丛集性头痛患者经过一个疗程的治疗后，两组患者较治疗前均有不同程度的好转，其中治疗组（21例）头痛程度评分明显低于对照组（22例），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论尼莫地平在丛集性头痛发作期有明显疗效，且该药较为普及，临床依从性较好，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토관찰니막지평재총집성두통급성발작치료중적료효。방법장43례총집성두통환자입원시수궤분위2조，치료조21례，대조조22례，2조치료균급여흡양、발니송40 mg/d，련용3 d후개위10 mg，매일구복，총료정10 d；치료조가용니막지평편30 mg，3차/d구복，료정역10 d；료정결속후대비량조료효。결과43례총집성두통환자경과일개료정적치료후，량조환자교치료전균유불동정도적호전，기중치료조（21례）두통정도평분명현저우대조조（22례），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론니막지평재총집성두통발작기유명현료효，차해약교위보급，림상의종성교호，치득추엄응용。
Objective To observe the effect of nimodipine in the treatment of acute attacks of cluster headache. Methods 43 pa-tients with cluster headache were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission time:the treatment group of 21 cas-es and the control group of 22 cases. Two groups were given oxygen;prednisone 40 mg/d for 3 days, then changed to 10mg/d oral, and the total course of treatment was 10 days. In addition, the treatment group were treated with nimodipine, 30mg tid orally, and the total course was also 10 days. At the end of the treatment, the curative effect of two groups was compared. Results After a course of treatment, two groups of patients improved with varying degrees compared with that before treatment, but the headache severity score of the treatment group (21 cases) was significantly lower than that of the control group (22 cases), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nimodipine has significant effect in the treatment of cluster headache attack, and the drug is popular, its clinical compliance is good, so it is worthy of clinical application.
