首先分析了电动助力转向(Electric Power Assist Steering,简称EPAS)的系统原理,然后以某中型商用车为对象,利用ADAMS软件构建了该车的虚拟样机模型,并分别对三种不同的助力方式进行了仿真计算,确定了三种助力方式的优缺点,并为后续电控开发提供了电动助力转向MAP的基础数据。
首先分析瞭電動助力轉嚮(Electric Power Assist Steering,簡稱EPAS)的繫統原理,然後以某中型商用車為對象,利用ADAMS軟件構建瞭該車的虛擬樣機模型,併分彆對三種不同的助力方式進行瞭倣真計算,確定瞭三種助力方式的優缺點,併為後續電控開髮提供瞭電動助力轉嚮MAP的基礎數據。

In this paper, the system principle of electric power assist steering(EPAS) is analyzed firstly. Then the virtual prototype model of some medium duty truck is established with ADAMS. Based on this model, the simulation of the three different ways of assisting steering is done, and the advantage and disadvantage of the three assisting steering ways are confirmed and the basic assisting steering MAP is also provided for the followed-up control development.
