目的：探讨血栓通注射液辅治心绞痛型冠心病合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年3月至2014年1月期间在我院住院治疗的94例心绞痛型冠心病合并2型糖尿患者，经过医院伦理委员会审批后按照随机原则分为两组，其中观察组47例患者采用西药加血栓通治疗，对照组47例患者仅采用西医治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的心绞痛缓解情况以及心电图改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗后心绞痛总有效率、心电图改善总有效率明显高于对照组患者（P ﹤0.05）。结论血栓通注射液在用于辅助治疗心绞痛型冠心病合并2型糖尿病中，比单纯的西医治疗能更快起效，缓解患者症状，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토혈전통주사액보치심교통형관심병합병2형당뇨병적림상료효。방법회고성분석2012년3월지2014년1월기간재아원주원치료적94례심교통형관심병합병2형당뇨환자，경과의원윤리위원회심비후안조수궤원칙분위량조，기중관찰조47례환자채용서약가혈전통치료，대조조47례환자부채용서의치료，대비량조환자치료후적심교통완해정황이급심전도개선정황。결과관찰조환자치료후심교통총유효솔、심전도개선총유효솔명현고우대조조환자（P ﹤0.05）。결론혈전통주사액재용우보조치료심교통형관심병합병2형당뇨병중，비단순적서의치료능경쾌기효，완해환자증상，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Xueshuantong injection as adjuvant treatment for angina type of coronary heart disease combined type 2 diabetes. Methods:Ninety-four cases of angina type of coronary heart disease com-bined type 2 diabetes from March 2012 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and divided randomly into 2 groups. 47 cases in the observation group were given western medicine combined Xueshuantong injection for treatment while 47 ca-ses of the control group were given simple western medicine for treatment. Angina remission condition and ECG improve-ment after treatment of the 2 groups were compared. Result:After treatment,total effective rate of angina and ECG im-provement of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Xueshuan-tong injection as adjuvant treatment for angina type of coronary heart disease combined type 2 diabetes has a faster clinical effect on relieving symptoms of patietns than simple western medicine.
