九西矿区矿体开采受到产状和胶结程度差的上盘破碎带的影响,破碎带垮塌堵塞中深孔分段崩落法采场爆破通道和爆破补偿空间,造成无法放炮崩矿,且二次贫化严重。为解决这一问题,选择720中段已有采准、切割工程的10线E采场进行回采优化试验。优化设计仍用中深孔分段崩落法,利用原凿岩平巷和扇形孔。考虑到原切割槽与采空区贯穿,难以避开破碎带,为防止破碎带再次影响回采,暂留3.6 m宽间柱将原切割槽内的废石隔离;在矿体南帮预留2m宽矿柱隔离破碎带,防止破碎带坍塌;在顶板预留4m厚顶柱隔离原全面法采空区,即所谓“三面合围”法,用矿柱将采场上、西、南进行隔离。实践证明,“三面合围”法预留矿柱,起到了隔离破碎带(或采空区)的作用,回收了矿产资源,降低了矿石贫化率和损失率。

Places to stay in the top plate 4 m thick crown pillar isolation original comprehensive law gob. "Encircled on three sides" method, is use pillar to isolate the stope's top, west and south. Practice has proved that "encircled on three sides" aside pillar approach has played a role in fracture zone (or goaf) isolation, and recovery of mineral resources, reduce ore dilution and loss rates.
