基于宁波市农民工金融行为问卷调查的数据，从人力资本、就业状况视角对农民工信贷需求、途径的影响因素进行了计量分析。结果表明：性别、年龄、累计务工年限和就业方式对农民工信贷需求具有显著影响，其他因素对农民工信贷需求不具有显著影响；性别、年龄、累计务工年限和收入对农民工正规信贷途径有显著影响，其他因素对农民工正规信贷途径不具有显著影响。在对结果进行解释之后，提出了主要结论和对策建议。

Based on the survey on financial behavior of 650 farmers in Ningbo , the paper conducts quan-titative analysis on the influence factors of farmer workers'credit demand and credit pathway from the per-spectives of human capital and employment status .The result shows that gender , age , accumulated work-ing years and way of employment have a significant impact on credit demand of farmer workers while other factors do not have significant influence .Gender, age, accumulated working years and income have a significant impact on formal credit of farmer workers , while other factors have no significant impact .Ex-planations were made on the results , the paper draws the main conclusions and put forward policy recom-mendations .
