对不同产地海参中总锗的含量进行测定.采用灰化法对样品进行处理,以 CTMAB 为增溶剂,明胶为稳定剂,苯芴酮为显色剂,在酸性条件下进行显色,利用分光光度法测定海参中锗的含量.该体系在503 nm处有最大吸收峰,回归方程为A =1.0925 C+0.16815,线性范围为0.072~0.504μg/mL, r=0.9978,方法的回收率为98.54%~99.30%,RSD为1.9%.本方法样品处理简单,准确度高,可用于海参中锗的含量测定.

To determine the content of Germanium in Sea Cucumbers ,the samples were treated by ashing meth-od,and Germanium was colored with Phenylfluorone in the acidified solution with CTMAB as solubilization a -gent and gelatine as stabilizer ,and the content of Germanium was determined by Spectrophotometry .The maxi-mum absorption of association complex was at 503 nm.Regression equation was A=1.092 5C +0.168 15,the linear range 0.072~0.504 μg/mL,r=0.997 8,the recovery 98.88%,RSD 1.9%.This method was simple, accurate ,and could be used to determine the content of Germanium in Sea Cucumbers .
