The National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment raises a new requirement to the China national laboratory with its certificate uncertainty evaluation of the CMC(calibration measurement capability) . This paper takes the process of 5700A multi-calibrator calibrates 34401A multi-meter for example, introduces how to use the Excellcurve simulation function to evaluate uncertainty when the parameter under-test given by a scope. This method meets the new requirement above, lets the certificate results more scientific and perfection, and mostly, convenient the customers.
