目的：：利用HPT-mCherry融合标签加速转基因筛选过程。方法：构建HPT-mCherry融合表达载体，采用农杆菌介导的转基因技术获得转基因植株，并利用荧光显微镜观察转基因愈伤和植株。结果：HPT-mCherry融合标签可用于转基因愈伤的筛选和转基因植株的鉴定；HPT与mCherry融合后互不影响，一方面可利用潮霉素抗性筛选愈伤，另一方面能通过观察mCherry红色荧光蛋白进行鉴定。结论：利用HPT-mCherry融合标签可以快速有效地鉴定并得到转基因阳性植株。
목적：：이용HPT-mCherry융합표첨가속전기인사선과정。방법：구건HPT-mCherry융합표체재체，채용농간균개도적전기인기술획득전기인식주，병이용형광현미경관찰전기인유상화식주。결과：HPT-mCherry융합표첨가용우전기인유상적사선화전기인식주적감정；HPT여mCherry융합후호불영향，일방면가이용조매소항성사선유상，령일방면능통과관찰mCherry홍색형광단백진행감정。결론：이용HPT-mCherry융합표첨가이쾌속유효지감정병득도전기인양성식주。
Objective: To accelerat the transgenic screening process, the visualized label, a HPT-mCherry fusion marker was applied in this study. Methods: The plasmid with HPT-mCherry was introduced into japonica rice via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. Red fluorescence was detected in transgenic callus and transgenic plants through fluorescence microscope. Results: The study indicated that HPT-mCherry fusion marker can be used as a double-function marker to idedtify transgienc plants. The function of HPT and mCherry has less affections on each other. Conclusion: The system based on HPT-mCherry fusion marker presented a high-efficient on transgen-ic material screening and identification.
